Hey,

Welcome to this week’s issue!

Here’s what’s inside:

  • The work I stopped doing (and handed off to Claude) — and how it’s changing my day-to-day

  • Why brands hate what I said in the new podcast

  • The gadgets I’ve been stress-testing this week

  • 72 hours left to enter the giveaway

4 Operations Claude Now Runs in My Business

I came across a thread about how Claude’s new MCP update could change the way businesses run.

So I decided to test it on my own setup — from finances to YouTube analytics.

Here are the experiments I’m running right now 👇

📊 Pulling YouTube Analytics on Demand

A sponsor emailed asking for a batch of video stats. Normally that’s 30+ minutes of digging through Gmail, YouTube, and Monday.

This time I typed one line into Claude: “Grab the stats the sponsor asked for in today’s email.”

Claude’s moves: Claude found the email → matched it to the video in Monday → pulled the stats from YouTube → generated a PDF report.

The win: saved 30 minutes of admin work.

💸 Automating Invoices + Payments

Tracking invoices used to mean bouncing between Xero and Monday, then manually updating statuses.

Now I just ask Claude to keep it in sync.

Claude’s moves: checked Xero → confirmed payment → updated Monday to “Paid” → dropped the invoice link in the right column.

The win: no more chasing invoices — everything stays accurate in one place.

📝 Turning Scripts Into Blog Posts

Video scripts are written for YouTube, but we also need blog versions for SEO. That used to mean hours of rewriting.

Now it’s one Claude command.

Claude’s moves: pulled last month’s scripts from Google Drive → stripped out ad reads + editor notes → reformatted into clean H1/H2 blog posts → uploaded drafts into Ghost.

The win: 95% of the work done automatically — my editor just adds links, images, and tags.

👩‍💻 Replacing VA Tasks

A lot of this used to be handled by a VA: chasing stats, formatting scripts, uploading drafts.

Claude now does most of it in seconds.

Claude’s moves: scanned new videos → grabbed scripts → turned them into blog-ready drafts → filed them in the right place.

The win: less time + money on repetitive tasks, more human focus on strategy and growth.

🎙️ Podcast Relaunch: Behind the Creator Curtain

The podcast is back! After taking a break, I’ve relaunched it: the creator business — the behind-the-scenes of how I run things, land sponsors, build workflows, and grow as a full-time creator.

This week’s episode is the longest one yet — almost an hour of unfiltered talk on the messy realities of content, brands, and the tools changing the game.

Inside this episode:

  • My strategy for finding brand deals & sponsors

  • How Claude AI is massively shifting my workflow

  • Why brands punish creators with “Average Views”

  • Turning down unfair brand offers (and why)

  • First-week updates on launching the newsletter + SEO push

  • …and more.

It’s raw, it’s longer than usual, and it’s all about the business of being a creator — the stuff you don’t usually hear.

🧪 What I’m Testing This Week

A few gadgets and setups I’ve been putting through their paces lately:

📦 Next Issue: Pixel 10 Accessories — What’s Overhyped, What’s Worth It

Every new phone launch brings a flood of “must-have” accessories. But are they really must-have… or just hype?

I’ll be breaking down:

  • The bulky cases that kill design more than they protect

  • Why slim cases + MagBak win (magnets, kickstand, pinky pillow, all the good stuff)

  • The charging clone army (Anker vs. the endless lookalikes)

  • The surprising “accessory” that actually improved my Pixel 10 experience

  • A quick thought on the Pixel Fold delay (and why timing matters)

Plus: the final days to join the giveaway before entries close.

📅 See you Saturday.
