Finally, a foldable that doesn’t feel fragile. With water and dust resistance, this could be the first one people actually feel confident using every day.
3. Bigger Batteries Instead of Slimmer Phones
Google didn’t chase the “thinner at all costs” trend. Instead, they’ve gone with larger batteries and practical design updates. The payoff: more time away from the charger.
4. Cross-App AI Features
This is AI that actually works across apps—photos, messages, search, and more. Apple has been talking about similar features for over a year, but Pixel is delivering them now.
5. Smarter Photo + Video Editing
The Pixel camera story continues, with AI-driven editing tools that make everyday photos and videos easier to polish, without the learning curve.
6. Android 16, Pixel-First
Google is rolling out the Android 16 version with Pixel-optimized features.
7. Setting the Stage for September
Pixel 10 lands just weeks before Apple’s iPhone 17 reveal. That phone was built with Apple Intelligence in mind, but those features haven’t shown up in the real world yet. Pixel gets to set the tone before Apple takes the stage.
